Mr. Yudakov is the managing and co-founding partner of EASTLOFTS. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in commercial brokerage and corporate occupier services. In 2003 and 2004 he was named the best performing broker for two years in a row when he sold more commercial properties than anybody else in the market. He received his CCIM in Jacksonville, FL (USA) in 1997 and graduated from International University in Moscow majoring in property valuation and management.

Gerlind Schwaiger-Svensson (MSc) is the Business Development Director of EASTLOFTS. Gerlind is an Austrian national residing in Moscow and Vienna. She earned her Master of Architecture degree at the Technical University of Vienna in 2014. Gerlind has substantial experience from working with international clients on all matters relating to real estate in Moscow and Vienna. Prior to EASTLOFTS, Gerlind worked in the Russian real estate department of a multi-national fashion retailer. In addition to East Real, she runs her own advisory firm, GSS Real Estate, where she advises Russian nationals on acquiring real estate in Austria, often in cooperation with EASTLOFTS. Gerlind is fluent in German and English and has a good command of spoken Russian.

Mr. Kruzhilin is the associate director of the office group in EASTLOFTS focusing on property dispositions and investment sales. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in sales, IT and project management including 6 years in commercial real estate where he led office agency and closed one of the biggest deals in 2015--a 20,000 square meter office lease for Yamal LNG.

Mr. Zhernokleev is the head of the warehouse and industrial group in EASTLOFTS responsible for leasing, selling, and acquisition of all types of warehouse and industrial properties, 3PLs, service spaces and land zoned for warehouse development and build-to-suits both in Moscow and greater Moscow. In addition to brokerage, he has done a number of consulting and research projects including highest and best use analyses and due diligence on the industrial properties and sites. He has overall 15 years of professional experience in commercial real estate. He graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute (now National Research University) majoring in radio electronics of aircraft and flying systems (F4).
